This picture is so hilarious. I have seen this picture from my blogger friend Alex's blog. The picture is showing the memo from Durham University with the subject: Masturbation in Showers.
According to the memorandum, the school management prohibits students from masturbating at the showers. This was the school measure after they have discovered that the cause of blockage in showers are hair and semen.
The school also warned the students that they will necessary actions like DNA testing if the incident will continue. Isn't this hilarious?

It would only mean they only clean it once a year.
