A new comer, Mercedes Cabral is the newest cover of Playboy magazine Philippines for the month of December 2008. If you are not familiar with this new face. She is well known for playing a role in the movie, "Serbis." Serbis (Service) has been nominated recently in Cannes Film Festival and has won an award in the Bangkok International Film Festival this year. The movie is directed by Brillante Mendoza and is starred by Coco Martin, Gina Pareno, Julio Diaz and Jaclyn Jose.

The next movie for Mercedes Cabral is titled, "Thirst." It is still under production and will be shown on cinemas next year.
