The most powerful woman in the world, Oprah Winfrey is back on being overweight. On the January 2009 edition of "O" Magazine, she has expressed her frustration and disappointment that after losing the bulge for many years, she has regained those fats in just two years. She even said that she was talking the talk but wasn't walking the walk.
