I was watching last night a horror movie titled, "Mirrors." While I was watching that movie, I was also dropping my Entrecards. I was laughing hard when I read this blog post about the "Locked Jaw Lady." You have to see all her pictures, she literally a has a locked jaw. I should create a caption on every picture. An anonymous NY jewelry model has settled a lawsuit against a New York City jewelry company by allegedly posting an Internet video ad of her moaning while in bed. The 37-year-old model said that she wasn't informed of the video being used by Szul Jewelry Inc. The said lawsuit amounted to $5 million.
The moaning video attracted more than 700,000 hits until it was removed in January.
The settlement for both parties have remained confidential. According to the lawyer of the model, her client was pleased with settlement. Szul Jewelry Inc. on the other hand told that it was just a miscommunication issue between the two parties.

Are you dental freak like me that likes to keep my mouth fresh? Well, if you change your toothbrush every three months, I think that is not enough. Not only the bristles get worn out, our toothbrush lose their rigidity that doesn't remove plaque.
What we should do is to do some maintenance with our toothbrush since there are germs and bacteria that loves to attach to our moist toothbrush. Reader's Digest suggests that to prevent colds, flu and other sickness, it is recommended to put our toothbrush in the microwave once or twice a week for 10 seconds before brushing. If someone is sick in your home, it is recommended to microwave our toothbrush before brushing.
I think this is a great idea since dental care is very important.

This picture is so hilarious. I have seen this picture from my blogger friend Alex's blog. The picture is showing the memo from Durham University with the subject: Masturbation in Showers.
According to the memorandum, the school management prohibits students from masturbating at the showers. This was the school measure after they have discovered that the cause of blockage in showers are hair and semen.
The school also warned the students that they will necessary actions like DNA testing if the incident will continue. Isn't this hilarious?

The biggest online site, EBay has announced that it will ban the selling of Ivory products on their site starting January 1, 2009. EBay's decision of the banning came before the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) released their findings from a three-month investigation in 11 countries. According to the findings of IFAW, two-thirds of online commerce in illegal wildlife products were sold in EBay and its affiliates.
The said selling is illegal and violates federal and international law. According to the director of the IFAW's Washington D.C. office, Jeff Flocken, "We found over 1,000 items from endangered animals every week. It may just represent the tip of the iceberg of the trade going on on the Internet." Still according to IFAW, every year more than 20,000 elephants in Africa and Asia are illegally killed to meet the demand of ivory products. Under the U.S. Endangered Species Act and the International Convention on the International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES), African and Asian elephants are protected.
Aside from ivory products, items like firearms, drugs and human body parts are also banned. EBay is also taking action on goods that are fake.

Sandor Ferenci, a British motorcyclist and a carer for elderly woman was given a 12-week jail term last Monday after he posted footage of himself performing dangerous stunts in YouTube. According to reports, he was speeding up to 130 mph or 209 kph.
The Youtube footage showed that the 28-year old motorcyclist performed wheelies, skids and raced the roads of Banbury, Oxfordshire. The driving stunt incident happened June of this year. Ference was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court for 12 weeks and was prohibited from driving for two years. He can resume his driving after two years if he has taken an extended driving test.
The police traced him after a motorist saw his antics and took down his registration number. The incident was then reported to the authorities.
If you are thinking of posting videos of yourself in YouTube, I think you should think twice. You might be surprised that the police would be knocking on your doors for misdemeanor.

Stabbing Caused By A Facebook Profile

Do you have your own Friendster or Facebook account? Who in the world doesn't have? Well If you have one, I think you should be careful on what you are writing in your profile especially when you are in a relationship. In South London, Wayne Forrester, 34, stabbed his wife Emma, 34, when she changed her profile status to "Single," just days after they had separated. The couple had a 15-year marriage.
Forrester is a HGV driver, drunk and was in the influence of cocaine when he attacked his wife with a meat cleaver. The screams of his wife during the beating awoke their neighbors. Emma died after repeatedly was stabbed on the head and the neck.
Forrester was sentenced to life imprisonment. Here is the remark of Judge Brian Barker over the case, "You committed a terrible act. There is no possible excuse or justification. This is a tragic killing and what you have done has caused untold anguish."
So drinking, drugs and Internet is not a good match.

The number one social networking site Facebook is now eyeing to enter the digital music business after competitor MySpace's Music was launched last month. Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg is on talks on song streaming providers and music community sites like Rhapsody.com, iMeem.com, iLike.com and Lala.com with a possible deal. Aside from Zuckerberg, Facebook executives are meeting with major record companies to talk about strategies.
MySpace digital music business traded equity with record companies in exchange for licenses to stream songs. On the other hand, Facebook doesn't want to do the same thing. Sources are even citing that this digital music venture of Facebook is imminent and might not even push through.
Let's just see in the near future. Well for me, I'll stick with Friendster.

US Presidential candidate Barack Obama made another historic mark when he bought campaign ads on Microsoft Xbox Live video games. The video game ads are targeted on the 18 to 34 male demography that are into video games. These dudes are hard to reach since they don't watch TV and read newspapers. The ads are in form of banners or billboards with the image of Barack Obama with the slogan, "Early voting has begun."
Some of the video games by the way are Guitar Hero 3, The Incredible Hulk, NASCAR 09, NBA Live 08 and NFL Tour. The said ads are targeted at 10 key states where early voting is available. The said states are Ohio, Iowa, Indiana, Montana, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Nevada, New Mexico, Florida and Colorado.
On October 29 Barack Obama will have a 30-minute primetime pitch that will run on CBS and NBC networks. The much awaited US elections is on November 4th. Current polls show that Obama is in the lead versus John Mc Cain. America, please vote wisely!

Yesterday morning, I received an email message from Joe Reger, Sr. This person according to him is from Dneero but I was quite hesitant since his email address is not from the Dneero domain. I sent a query directly to Dneero and have pasted the whole email sent by Joe Reger. After sending that query, I went to look the Dneero About page and was surprised that Joe Reger was actually the founder of Dneero.
Hours later, I received a reply from Dneero and it was actually Joe Reger himself. The email by the way was to inform me that I have to post the Dneero widgets on the blog posts instead of the blog's layout page. I think they are now strict when it comes to page impressions.
My concern is that how are the bloggers going to earn from page impressions when widgets from Dneero are hidden or are already in archive. And how would the advertisers create more buzz on their products when they can't be seen by the blog readers?

If you have noticed, there is something new in my blogs. I have this cool widget that shows pictures from my latest posts and it also includes the link to it. I got this widget from a blogger friend and was immediately interested in having one. Before I forgot the widget is called Wowzio.
Aside from gallery widgets, Wowzio also offers free widgets for panoramic slide show, live activity (I have that also), tag cloud and feed content widget. What I like with these widgets is that you can play around with them. You can change its settings that can fit your blogs.
Why don't you try these widgets and see how nice it is in your blogs. I assume that it can also help in promoting your posts in your other blogs. Another SEO trick.

The other day I made a post on how to make money online by visiting sites. I have included the site A.W. Survey and according to my post, I already have earned $27. Yesterday, I was trying to promote this survey site to online friends in the obvious reason that I want to earn more. One of my blogger friends told me the sad news about this survey site. He was a member of A.W. Surveys and according to him, he was supposed to receive his first payout from A.W. Surveys.
When he did not receive his money, he emailed A. W. Surveys and was told that he couldn't receive the money since his referrals are using the same IP address. He even hinted that A.W. Surveys is just a scam so I made my own research whether this site is legit or not.
On the first page of the Google result page with the keywords, "Is A.W. Surveys A Scam?" I have learned that this site is bogus. Many bloggers have complained that there are not receiving any payouts from A.W. Surveys and the same incident with my friend happened to them as well. I think it is the tactic of A.W. Surveys that they will inform you that your referrals have the same IP addresses to make it look that you are cheating. What's more intruiging is the way to receive your money. They have the option to receive the money by cheque and through Paypal. Would you believe that to receive the cheque it would take as long as 4 weeks? And to receive your money in PayPal, A.W. Surveys will charge you an additional $25 surchages. Is there such thing?
I am sorry to those I have invited to join. Better stop wasting our time with this bogus site. And please spread the word. By the way, the owner of A.W. Surveys is only a 17 year old kid.

I was checking out a blog from a reader of mine who made a comment on my Britney Spears post. While I was scanning her blog, I was surprised to see pictures of her with a large "CENSORED" caption on every picture. At second glance, I have finally realized that the girl in the picture is having sex.
According to that blog, the girl in the picture is Sun Tan, a Singaporean Exhibitionist blogger (Sextify blog). This blogger made headline in Singapore last September when her pictures was published on "The New Paper." This girl looked like she lost her mind when she let her ex-lover to posted their intimate pictures and videos in the Internet.

Entrecard is one of the greatest thing that happened to us bloggers. Not only it helps in promoting blogs for free but it also increases web hits (as long as you keep on dropping your cards). This week, I honestly felt like Entrecard is giving me a hard time to drop cards. My fellow pinoy bloggers experienced the same thing so I'm quite sure our Internet connection wasn't the problem.
Anyway, I received a letter from Entrecard yesterday morning saying that they are experiencing a network overload. Since the Entrecard users are increasing each day, their efficient service isn't that efficient anymore. The Entrecard management stressed out that they are fixing the problem and as of yesterday morning, Entrecard went back to normal operations. I think they went offline for two hours just to fix the problem.
If you aren't still a member of Entrecard, then you should sign up now. Entrecard is a free service that can spike your web hits and popularity. How about dropping your cards to my four blogs and advertising?

A.W. Surveys - This is the site where I earned $27 in one day. In every survey that you do with them corresponds to a minimum $4 pay. Every survey though, you need to visit two sites and you have to give an honest feedback about the sites. Three paragraphs are required and after submitting, the payment will be directed to your A.W. account. The minimum Paypal payout is $75. Don't expect though that you will earn $75 a day.
