Do you have a blog post wherein you want to restrict your readers to make comments? This is a simple trick for Blogger users.
Create a blog post first and you will see the Post Options link located above the Publish Post button. Click it and a new option window will show. At the Reader Comments choice, select Don't Allow.
Once you've published your post, the comments link in that post will not appear.

I used to allow all, then i used to put word verification too but now, i only approve... that's the most efficiênt for me also to reember who really commented and return the favor.
