According to reports, Apple will not recall the iPhone 4 but will only give a "Bumper" case which usually costs $29.
Now with the Consumer Reports magazine. It had conducted a test and have confirmed the user's problems. Apparently, holding the iPhone on a particular spot reduces the signal. Consumer Reports magazine also reported that placing a duct tape on that spot alleviates the problem.
